Ever heard of the expression "it's like herding
cats"? I think that's what it would be like to get
such a diverse group as letterboxers to agree on any
thing. We don't seem to agree on the most simple
things, how to count finds or HH. Trying to enforce
rules just might segment the group too much. One of
the great things about letterboxing is there are no
rules, except basic box etiquette.
